Adjustable drives
These drives can be used anywhere where a changeable speed is required. The vector controlled frequency converter is mounted directly on the standard motor, which yields a very compact design with minimal installation effort. With the PID controller active, it operates processor-controlled; feedback of the actual values via 0..10 V or 4..20 mA input. The process actual values can be displayed directly (e.g. pressure, level, flow, speed, etc.). Programmable digital and analog inputs and outputs are also available.
Main features:
- Freely programmable motor converter system (vector-controlled) with keyboard and digital display.
- Operation as speed-regulated or speed-controlled motor
- Superimposed PID controller (proportional integral differential) for
- even readjustment
- The most minimal control fluctuations
- Differential proportion for extremely fast adaptation during suddenly occurring actual value fluctuations
- Characteristic curves for quadratically increasing (pump, ventilator) or constant torque (gears, etc.)
- 4...20 mA and 0..10 V input
- Analog output 0..10 V proportional to frequency, or current, or torque.
- 3 programmable digital inputs. 19 functions: e.g. right-hand motion, left-hand motion, reset, jog mode, 2nd parameter replacement, etc.
- Programmable, potential-free relay output with two-way contact. 6 functions: e.g. operation, storage, etc.
- Comprehensive electronic motor protection
- Cold conductor monitoring possible
- Error memory
- Radio noise filter; type: B / integrated
